simply put i want this guy in my sig but im kinda at 6 warns already so an oversized sig might get me a 7th warn

It's not oversized. The dimensions are definitely small enough, and the file size is only 18.8 KB, so it's fine. [Here's] a link to a tutorial if you need help with determining the file size of images.
