Well I was requested by one of the leaders on a different forum for a special signature, this is a little out of my comfort zone to come to Sal's and ask this but I need help making a small video in very low quality so it can fit a forum.

I know you can save things like this and make the forum think it's a picture but I need to know how. I'm pretty sure you save it as a GIF?

Also it doesn't HAVE to be moving but it would be awesome it was possible to make the video into a signature. And note, I want to make so it isn't a sig request. It's a request for help.

-I'd like it to be around 327 × 200
&
-I'm going to get the requester on the forum send me a small video.GIF to me, so I need to know how to reduce size and crop the image thing. (and need to get confirmed that I'm doing it right.)

E.G:
I need mine to be like that only as want it to be.
