I've seen the graphic's of the game and it look's like you are playing si-fi wow on the xbox 360, ie good graphic's, I think that jagex is going to get a lot richer. lol.

How exactly have you seen the graphics of the game?
If, by graphics, you mean concept art, know that the graphics of the game will be quite different from the concept art (with the key word being art). Or is there some picture of the graphics in-game that I am oblivious to?
I do believe JaGex has confirmed of the Pay-To-Play and Free-To-Play factors of MechScape. So yes, part of it will be free.

I know that the concept would be much like Runescape. Both F2P and P2P. I'm not exactally sure but I think Members "might" be able to beta test it. I'm not sure but It will most likely come out later this month.

The payments would most likely be similar to RuneScape and FunOrb. You get so much as a free player, you get more as a member. RuneScape and FunOrb members will be able to play the MechScape beta, that has been confirmed. It most likely will not come out later this month. It's not even quite in final testing quite yet[source], and there's a live Q&A session about it on the 27th[source] indicating that it won't be released until at least then.

Lol I meant the big mother of the Drej. Xie kinda looked like that, except really blue.
Where have you seen the graphics? You can't based the graphics on a game just by concept art. You would need an in game screen shot.

Well, this concept art isn't by hand, it's made using a computer graphics engine, so I think it's safe to say the real things will look like these.
