Episode VI

The culmination of all three of those was when Luke marched into Jabba's Palace and started doing stuff like a bona fide action hero.

It was friggin awesome.

I'm glad the consensus thus far is for Empire Strikes Back. If I see anyone name one of the prequels, I might lose my mind.

What's with all the hype for Ep V? I found IV to be better.

I didn't like IV, really. Empire Strikes Back gets my vote. It had a really good story tied in with lots and lots of action. The special effects were also really good at least at the time of the movie's release. Plus, nothing can beat Luke finding out about the truth of his father.

Dude. I'm all about Episode VI.

Really. It needs the other two to be complete, though. you have to see the characters evolve, in their acting skill as well as their characters' story development.

VI, IV, V is the order of awesomeness.

Star Wars Episode III, mainly because it was the movie where Mace Windu (played by Samuel L Jackson) who at the time was in fact the most powerful Jedi could have destroyed the Sith then and there by killing Senator Palpatine a.k.a "Darth Sideous" and ending it all, if it wasn't for stupid Anakin and his gullibility, i hate Anakin.

Mace Windu, the best Jedi there ever was, may the force be with you.

The Christmas special.

I liked The Return of the Jedi.
The prequels were kinda bad, though I like the podracing in the first, and the fight scenes in the rest.
Other than that, I didn't really like the prequels...

Return of the Jedi. It's got Boba Fett. And Boba Fett is awesome.

I, personally, liked the prequels.

V > II > IV > III > I > VI

Episode III was amazing. I actually care about special effects, and the acting and settings were great. The last 20 minutes of the movie were some of the most intense I've ever seen.

After that is Episode VI, then V, then IV, then II, then I. I'm not sure about Empire Strikes Back being better than A New Hope, but the rest I'm certain about.

I really hated the prequels.

Episode I--Jar Jar. That's all that needs to be said. Then again, the whole podracing-taking-up-half-the-fudgeing-movie thing was dumb too.
Episode II--I can hardly remember what happened. Geonosis, someone got his head separated from his neck, and some boom boom pow pow agh im ded action. Woo.
Episode III--I HATE YOU GEORGE LUCAS I HATE YOU. WHY WAS DARTH VADER A CONVENTIONAL EMO KID?!?!?!

(editor's note: the beginning of that was an Episode III reference.)

Dunno' about the prequel's they are good but there's nothing that can beat episode 4, 5 and 6 and/or 1, 2 and 3.

Jedi was the best one

I hate the prequel triliogy. Being a child, brought up with the fact Vader was Lukes father (i dont remember the first time i saw that scene), I hate Lucas forever.
