Wow, amazing picture, the only thing wrong is the hands, the thumb should be seen on the hand holding the fire, unless he is holding the fire on the back of his hand

EDIT: I zoomed and and found the thumb, sorry

You've definitely become better over time, but it's still far from perfect. The proportions are better, although the head is out of proportion and looks very badly formed, and the arms aren't what they should be either. Also quite a small upper body on tall legs.
The shading is still very bad. There seems to be light coming from all sides. Decide one light source and apply linear shading. Oh, and fire doesn't need shading. You should try to give the fire a transparent and smoke-ish feel. Fire isn't a rounded touchable object, it's some sort of wind.
Overall this also lacks a few details, but you've definitely advanced.
7/10 for this one, which is still too high in my opinion, but whatever.
