Alright, my band is going to release a CD, and it's all recorded and whatnot. The problem is this: We have a bunch of empty CD cases and want to make cover art for them. But we have no idea how to do so. We're talking the whole plastic case with the little spine and so forth. Does anyone know where we could find a template to print out online for that?

The front is 4x4 inches, back is 4x4.5 inches. I don't know about the spine, though.
