I download the rs text from the fakes place but what font size do i use and me yellow seems a bit to bright. Thanks for the help in-depth would be nice.
You use size 13 font, and bold if you are typing over the players' heads.
If you are using it for the chatbox you just use it normal, no bold, and size 13 again.
The yellow you need to use is the default yellow on Microsoft Paint, or you can use the syringe tool to take it off an actual RS screenshot

Are you sure its 13? Wolfiemario's text is 12 I do believe.
I would just log on to rs, go to a quiet spot and yell out what I want to say. Screenshot it, use gimp to get the text out (using pick color on yellow and black) and use that in the fake/sig.
That's a lot more safer and more accurate than relying on fonts.
