Not bad, but I'm not quite getting the idea about what the image has to do with the title, but it looks nice I guess.

What Kwinten said. And, after looking at the original, I see that the tip of his hair hasn't been added into the first image. It's not very noticeable without looking for it, but it may be worth fixing.

Still, it looks nice. Cartoonish, yet gruesome. Kind of a cool effect.

make blood a little more realistic
its not bad,
and add some blood to the part where the head is chopped off.

Get a real photo of a tiger, and posterise it.
