You don't need to advertise it. If it's good people will come to you. Also whenever you make a new entry it is bumped to the top of the most recent new entry list. Don't use that to spam though.

I think your talking about signatures, Just put a link in your signature to your blog. I don't think many people will be interested in a Blog that doesn't have any Blog entries.

No, i think he means he doesn't know how to make it on the blogs page when you click on "Blogs"

If thats so, then the answer is easy. It automatically goes there where you make a post.

To help you get more traffic in your blog, try putting a link to it in your sig. (Like i did)
