Pretty cool so far, but for the legs you may want to make the waist band 1 pixel more so its bigger. Right now it's pretty tiny

You have already asked before for someone to help with your kit and since than you haven't made any progress on the kit. Don't expect other people to work on it for you, if you are actually working on this yourself I would like to see you make something for it. If you don't have much time to work on a graphic kit than it's not worth bothering. It can be quite time consuming keeping your kit active.

Overall 6/10.
Get the waistbands bigger (already has been suggested), and I think you should take a look at the brown thing. It looks like it needs some clothes too.
