I have a new forum and I need it to be designed.

What forum software are you using? In what way do you mean designed? Are you referring to a new forum theme beside the default or modifying the default to better suit your needs?

Its just a free invisionfree forum. Im not even sure you can change it. And it's changing the default settings.

When you create a invisionfree forum its skin is there own 1 but if you look at the bunny kit forum they put up their own skin.

OK, first, use ZetaBoards, not InvisionFree. It's an upgraded InvisionFree by the same company. InvisionFree is barely even supported by that company any more.

Next, go here for your themes. If you decide to stick to InvisionFree, there's themes for that there also.

If you need any help installing those themes, ask away and I'll help you out. I've done some things to my ZetaBoards forums that many forum admins, even ones that use software like IPB, don't even know is possible.
