I know, I made a mistake using imageshack...
There's white around the edges. Kill it. There's a barely noticeable white border around the exclamation mark thing. Kill that too. There's 2 abnormalities with the border of the thing. Fix them. The button seems too big, the text is way too unrealistically big, and the exclamation mark thing I don't think is used in XP alert boxes, but I'm not positive of the last one.
It's not exactly creative either...
Other than that it's not horrible. You might want to give it a Vista look though...relatively few people use XP anymore.

There are some strange rough edges and anomalies along the edge.
