99 Woodcutting Party

After months of toil, I'm finally close to my first 99, and I'm having a party to celebrate

I've tried to find a time that will suit the most people, but if you won't be able to attend in your timezone sorry

Me getting my 99 will be members only because I want to cut a magic tree (ya, symbolic and all that), but as soon as I've bought my cape I'll log in to a f2p world to have the drop party, so freeplayers can come too!

Date: Saturday 12th September 2009
Time: 9pm GMT (click HERE to see the time in your timezone)
Meeting Place:

Worlds: 24 (p2p) and 106 (f2p)
Official Clan Chat: Salmoneus (I'm not going to invade it or anything...

I'll just announce important stuff, e.g. 5 minutes before the event starts, when I get 99, and when we go to the Party Room.)

Plan:
9pm GMT: Members meet at the Tree Gnome Stronghold flax spot on World 24 (see the picture above).

Once everyone's arrived I'll get 99 wc and you can all give me your gratz/insults for being such a noob

I'll tele to Lumbridge to buy my skillcape, then everyone will swap worlds to world 106 (freeplay) and we'll re-meet at the Falador Party Room (don't forget teles). I'm going to be dropping about 2mil worth of stuff, mainly in rune armour with some party food thrown in for good measure

If you want to add items to the chest, feel free because the more stuff there is, the better

How Long it Will Last: I have absolutely no idea, probably no longer than 30-40 minutes. The main time drag is going to be waiting for the stuff to drop, it will take 10 minutes after pulling the lever because of the value of the items.</div>

Culmination of months of hard effort

We couldn't do the drop party in Fally because there were too many people at another one there and not enough room in the chest

But we went to my house, Scrum's house and Chocncoke's house instead and had a good laugh

I really want to get 99 cutting a magic tree (symbolic, you know). However, I've decided to make the drop party and me getting my cape f2p because I want people like you to be able attend too! I'll edit the original post with the changes to the plan

I'll add you to the list now, just wait in Lumbridge on world 106 and then we'll continue the party in Falador.

EDIT: Amg wrote wrong world lol.

Oh, I thought you could buy skillcapes on f2p for the skills that have masters not in members areas? Nvm, I'll just buy the cape then go onto f2p.

And I don't really care what you think about the drop party, I want to have one, and I don't care if people I don't know turn up
