I'm sure you get the idea of it, chain the first and last letters of someone here at sal's name.
Example Time:
Macki
iToast
Topdog
Yhen the next name would have to start with a G and so on.
One last Rule, if the name ends in anything other than a latter a-z, then count the last letter before that.
