None of the above places are my favourites, I prefer to cut willows at Barbarian Outpost (p2p).

As for which is more profitable, yews are still the best even at 99wc.

Really i Didnt know that but are you sure yews are better because then why are there mage logs?

A lot of people do cut them, and they're in demand for things like fletching magic bows, but you can make more money from yews. This isn't something I've made up, there's currently a Woodcutting topic in Runescape Questions and almost all the posters have said to cut yews because they're more profitable.

Wow thanks a lot then i was going to start cutting magic trees for money making instead of yews....

i don't cut in any of the places you mentioned, i cut yews in remmington. There are 4 yews there and barely anyone goes there.
Kesthetic
Ivy in Yanille. Pretty empty, usually 2-3 people. For Yews, Seers' Village south of flax field. Even though it's crowded there's lots of people to talk to and a bank not so far away.
Twist of Fate
Gnome stronghold to the east. It is hardly populated and has a nearby bank. I cut yews there and it is where I spent most of my time getting 99 Woodcutting.
Stella
I rarely cut willows, but when I do, it's usually near draynor bank - so I voted that.
I usually like to chop the few oak trees left of varrock castle, next to grand exchange.

Hence my low lvl 51 woodcutting. XD
Mohorak
Either the ivy in Varrock or the mage trees next to Lletya.
Tequilaivy
Maples at seers
Magics + Yews
Rouge_menace
I like the Gnome Stronghold. As long as I have a maple tree planted, I have access to all the types of tree right next to a bank.
An alternative is Seer's Village, as it also has the flax field for those wishing to train their fletching as well.
Curry Leafs
Choking Ivy in Yanille, rarely any people there.
