Can someone pls help me I reslly need to now hot to post an image....
There's a guide [here] which goes into a lot of detail about taking and uploading images.
Basically, you take a screenshot by pressing the "Print Screen" key (or whatever the equivalent is on your OS). Then you paste it into a program like Paint, crop it, and upload it on a website such as ImageShack or tinypic.

adding on to that
if your on a laptop you will be required to press the [fn] (button which is located "for me" on the bottom left of my keyboard) then hit print screen at same time

Yeah bit it depends what kind of laptop though, because on my laptop I don't have to press fn.
