3 pts: Doom. This sig is really good, and it fits the theme pretty well. It's pretty easy to see that it's modern-looking, but it's sharply done and has the old movie feel that this SOTW is about.
2 pts: Dwarrior. Reminds me of whenever I see an aged clip from the 50's, and the lighting isn't close to spot-on. Dwarrior did a good job by mixing a simple theme, a great movie, and some nice manipulation.
1 pt: Runez. This was a well-done sig, with a very interesting and surreal look to it. The only problem is that this is a little too abstract to fit in with the old b&w movie theme.

3 points: Adam. Very creative. The use of your Runescape character really compliments the black and white!
2 points: Man. your render fits nicely and the minimalism if very artistic
1 point: dwarrior. The character's emotions really fit well with the overall theme.

Doom - 3 points - Good effects, nice text. Would've liked to have seen the colour version.
Runez - 2 points - Good effects. Maybe incorporate the text into the signature more. And the two large stars out to the side kinda takes your eyes away from the two people, which I'm sure are the focal point.

3 points: DOOM nice text, good idea with monsters, i like the cleanish BW effect so it doesn't look bad

3 Pts Adam: I love how the character is equally defended against both range and summoning, yet should an opponent try to use magic he's in trouble, iths ows an imperfection that all heros need nowadays. It's a terrible, beautiful thing. Then you observe the warrior's pose, he is ready to fight head on. Despite his ability to face an opponent in melee combat, he is not foolish enough to go into battle without a backup plan: it is shown he has the gods on his side!!! If you will observe his actual equipment you will know the hardships he has faced. He's survived the ultimate gladiator battle, defeating Tz-Tok-Jad without any aid! He has faced off with a great number of the otherworldly creatures who constantly assault the Void Knights. It also appears that he has slain fiends from the time of the God Wars! And then you consider the apparent battle with the Kings of the Dagannoths!

It's obvious this man is off to face another challenge, and the beauty in which he is depicted should have anyone who views him in awe of his greatness. I pray that he succeeds in whatever he attempts, he has earned an easier life.

2 Pts Insane: Despite the high quality of the image (contradictory to the theme!), it has EDWARD CULLEN in it. Very nice, I would watch sig again!

1 Pt Doom: I can see those two have a history of violence, based on your art skills alone! It's a very well-made sig that fits nicely with the theme.

This is way too hard to vote in, everybody's signature is so great and everybody deserves first place. It's so hard to decide. I feel like I've let you all down.

2pt man - good focal and overall comp, text is fail though.
1pt ahmad - a bit small, but the black text fits so well with the white bg. and the blue b on the bottom is so creative that i almost tripped out.

my sig is total joakage 2 btw, i jest wnna b cool lyke evrywon elsez. It's so fun to be immature on the interwebz.
