Over the summer i went to Philmont in New Mexico, and took many pictures. Here are what i think to be the best. Ill put a caption over all of them to give you info about them.

An abstract picture in pitch black night, my flash caught the tree top in front and i thought it looked cool, badly in the background:


My personal favorite, last day of our 80 mile hike watching the sunrise over New Mexico:

i like them all except the last two
the flash was really a buzzkill
but nice job for your first time!

Yea i guess the flash made them come out kinda bad, but i still like how odd they look tongue.gif

Pretty cool. They'd look better if the camera was higher quality.

I'm no photography critic, but if they were better quality (i.e. more detailed), I wouldn't be surprised to see them in National Geographic.

I like the first one (reminds of Star Wars for some reason) and the one with the rocks. There's a lot going on with textures and angles...you're on high, pointed up, yet still looking down. smile.gif

Wow thanks guys i never expected to get these reviews.

And yes, i know the quality is outstanding, but all i would bring on the trip was a quick point and shoot camera, i didnt want anything to get broken on those rocks tongue.gif
