I can't comprehend how annoyed Manchester City's investors must be. All the money spent.. for what? To be continually beaten by the top four, and no doubt they will slump to between 5th-10th by the end of the season.

+1 to that.
It's a well and good going out and spending 200m+ on players, the hard part is making a team out of them, something which takes time and can't be brought.

Not really, you don't become a legend because you weren't a club legend and were a national legend D:

A few wins in a row will easily dismiss embarrassment from one bad match.

The fact that it happened in Old Trafford, off of a 17-game streak, and that the only United goal was a penalty...
No.
Especially seeing as they hadn't lost to the Reds in Old Trafford for like five years.

Eh, think what you like, but when some random bench player comes out and scores a goal like Dossena did...
And what about the Aurelio goal? Or Vidic pantsing Gerrard?
The United players were unprofessional and played horribly and lost 4-1 to a team they were favored to win over by three or four goals.

Liverpool and Manchester United are equal.
Both have 18 English titles. Man United have got them more recently, but Liverpool have got an equal squad in terms of ability, maybe a little less strong because they lack a leader without Gerrard/Torres, but Man United would be lost without Rooney tbh.

It's happened to the team I support when a nice day out in Cardiff and a chance at a crack of going into Division 1 (now the Championship) was lost via a goal in added time that ran over. While I didn't really like it, the ref added it on so it's fair.
In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter really, because it's just 3 points. Promotion wasn't at stake for either team.

97th Minute needs to take into account the Goal and the substitution.

So, 1 Min for sub and 2 for goal = 4 mins stoppage = original time said.
