I'm new to making siggies, but I looked at a few tuts and downloaded some brushes and got this after experimenting. This is probably my third recent signature that I have made (I started seriously like a week and a half ago) and my best so far

I love this signature. I like the light striking down on Naruto's face; giving a whole new perspective to the signature. The backround reflects on Naruto's mood, seen upon his face: dark are vibrant.
The whispy text could be repositioned to a more natural place- though at a glance I see little area for movement. The base picture itself looks somewhat shiny, and three-dimensional.

I give it a good 7/10
really good for your third one, probably better then mine.
But i dont like the text positioning, and maybe you should've made it stand out a little more?
