Well, I kinda left for another forum that is entirely dedicated to role-playing...

And the others are Gods, thus they needn't bother themselves for the likes of you mortals.

As for me, I have intense homework, and my computer is very unstable.

You may join countless forum's dedicated to Roleplaying, but none as magnificent as Sal's Realm.
As for me I've just stopped posting.

I am stuck under piles of college homework, and only able to move it off of me sometimes.

Been a bit busy with homework and a new schedule lately. I still try to get on whenever I can.

Yeah, I've just drifted away. I get hit with "writer's block" for lack of a better term, and just don't feel like writing gibberish.

I don't have writer's block at all. Just squashed with all these big projects. "OSHI-RESEARCH PROJECT G2G BYE!!!" said Click, running away.

So, it's mostly school's fault, isn't it?

Well for the US/Canada, I believe that the Summer (?) holidays have ended and quite a fair bit of both the Role-Playing and Board community have dedicated their free time to school and work. College, this time of the year would be very important seeing as though exams are abound. And no doubt all this activity, or lack there of, has sparked some sort of domino effect amongst those remaining. When the 'major players' so to speak, drastically decrease the amount of time spent on Sal's, others follow in toe, believing their to be no decent memebrs to role-play with, perhaps in a sophistical fashion. Although this is just a mere assumption and it may not be the reason behind this dead period. Me myself, I've been caught up with work and I was recently accepted back into the DC Comics Role-Playing Board (DC Legends Unite) that I am so very fond of. So you could almost say I've 'moved on', but not permanently. I've been hopping onto Sal's every now and then, with me attempting to log on and scour the board everyday. Australia has entered it's Term 3 holiday period if I'm correct, so hopefully the Aussies/NZ (?) members of the Community will continue with their activity, albeit the holidays only last for two weeks.

I urge you all to consider the fact that this isn't the Role-Players' Room first dead period, we've had, to everyone's knowledge, several of these dead periods and we've recovered and got back on our feet soon after, so I myself don't expect this inactivity to last very long. I don't, however encourage anyone to leave Sal's for another role-playing board, seeing as our own sub-board is quite ... unique so to speak. I mean, you won't find a Don't Fall Off role-play anywhere else. And as hypocritical of me as that sounded, I haven't left this board - I'm just, in the simplest of terms, caught up.

If assumption and hope pays off, we'll exit this dark and dead age in the near future, or, very soon to use an euphemism.

School, but even that usually isn't enough to deter me from rping. It's mainly just my lack of interest in rps lately. That and it just gets somewhat boring always rping with the same people.

So now is not a good time to post my new epic role-play I've been working on...?

Serenia and Silver could use a helpful post at the moment.

Don't worry, I haven't ditched them.

I am, however, trying to think up a good post. I'll have one by the 27th, tops.

I have lots of homework and projects and I heard that Obama might take away some of our free time.

I just don't feel like RPing. I remember the times when every minute, there was posts being made and everyone was having a good time and laughing. I remember my first RP, Can You Survive A Zombie Apocalypse, and it turned out to be a small success. I think we need live roleplaying. What say we get a chatbox and RP from there. It'll be more faster and fun, and we don't have to wait for tomorrow for someone to post something.

Well you see there's this thing called life. It's kind of important in the whole scheme of things and I prefer spending a fair bit of my time elsewhere these days. As in my computer gets sorely neglected but my internal (And some external) parts of me see somewhat wide use and in some cases abuse so things are balance out quite nicely. So yeah, that's why I'm not around very much...
