I read that there is no difference between ( ) and (0) warns but I am just curious why some people have ( ) and others (0), or is there no answer?

0 is pretty much a verbal warn.

People with ( ) are very good and have never gotten one. You can't ask for a ( ) after you have a 0.

I'm pretty sure you get an actual verbal warn first before getting a 0.

You could get a (0) after you receive a verbal?
Otherwise, you could get get either a ( ) or (0) randomly from the creation of your account, if I recall correctly.

BUT upon creation of an account you can start either with ( ) or (0), it's random

also when your permission masks get changed there is a chance of going from ( ) to (0)

( ) is a glitch, (0) is the correct notation

I honestly always thought having the zero just meant that you've had your warn log changed. I didn't know you could have an account created like that. Well there goes all that advice I gave about that a long time ago. Oh well, learn something new every day.

Oh yeah, and if you start with ( ) and get a warn, you get to (0). But you can't change back to ( ). That's what happened to me anyways.
