I've made a web browser, I've put in about 5 days of work trying to get it the way i like it in both design, graphics and function... but i don't know how to do one thing....

i don't know how to get it to be my default browser/ open .HTML files...

Can someone tell me how?

is it even possible? i hope so...

Edit: I failed to understand your question at first and gave a faulty response. I also got this thread moved to the now wrong board. box.gif I apologize and will do some looking around for the proper solution.

Edit2: If you're just using the WebBrowser control, you're actually using the Internet Explorer browser engine. I haven't found anything thus far, but I'll keep an eye out.

There are some OpenFileDialog controls, tried those?
In Visual Basic i made a control that could read text files and save them, worked sweetly, and all i had to do was making a textBox as input for file, and for opening the string went to the places i wanted to.
Try a OpenfileDialog and make it read the file, its easier.
To make it an association is harder, because then you will need to make a sub-app that reads a specified input.
