So, the movie came out today. Did anyone see it? I was going to, and I was so pumped for the movie, but my dad decided to have a last minute change with allowing me to see the movie. sad.gif

If you saw it, what do you think of it?

I'm probably going to see Capitalism tomorrow actually but I want to see it after seeing this:

Yeah, Michael Moore doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.

At what point does he not know what he's talking about? I must've missed it.

It looks average, I heard it's a rip of Shaun of the Dead and just "americanized".
Caboose
If i was going to the cinema now i'd probably see the new Ricky Gervais movie.

I agree. He seems to know exactly what he's saying.

Shaun of the Dead and any Quentin Tarantino film combines both comedy and violence. How is this any different?

His economic analysis is so misinformed and flawed. It's full of hypocrisy and misinformation, he tries to dumb the topic down to make it seem simpler than it really is, as is typical with all Moore movies. As criticisms of Capitalism go, there are far better and more informed sources one should look up.

Ever seen a movie called "Evil Dead"?

Anyway, I must admit I am somewhat tempted to see this movie. But as others have pointed out, "Shaun of The Dead" pretty much beat them to it, and no doubt did it much better.

Who said I used him as a source? I like his films because their absolutely ludicrous.

Time to give Capitalism it's own topic instead of continuing to leech off this one.

I watched this yesterday. It wasn't that bad. A few chuckles and a solid plot nothing too over the bar. Still better than I expected.

It's best for those lazy days, it fills the time.

Exactly, I watched it and it was better than I thought it'd be. Poor Bill Murray.

Well the cameo of Bill Murray was a tad random but it worked.

I saw this movie last night, but got a little distracted...

Anyways, it was pretty good. Bill Murray is not smart.

I lol'd at the fact he iddn't think he would get shot, but he had guts. Nut up or Shut up.

I actually liked this more than Shaun of the dead. It took a different approach to zombie survivors because they pretty much hunted the zombies opposed to just escaping then.

I compared it more to Left 4 dead in my head.

My chemistry teacher saw it on the weekend and she recommended it to all of us.
