which company has the best pay as you go program? i need something that would roll over, cheap by the minute, texting, and if possible free incoming as well as nights and weekends.

i live on a very tight budget. i'm willing to pay a higher initial fee to get the phone and plan if sustaining it is overall cheaper. all i want it for is setting up dates and quick calls to see what friends are doing while i'm out and about.

Virgin mobile is what some of my friends have and they're happy enough with it.

At&t is good but you cant send pic messages on certain phones (which I hate )

O2 has the best coverage, i like it.

I'm on Orange but I know Virgin is good, since it was cheaper when I was on them.

But my Dad gets me free orange sim cards

Verizon is the best, if you can get it.
