EDIT: I don't know, since you move the minimap, but it looks to me like that person in Druid/Combat FOG clothes is your character. I can't prove that's your character, but I'm just saying

Salutations there. You've got a great idea for a fake there--first person RuneScape would be neat--but you really didn't do much. From what I see, you took a screenshot of one of the Falador Gates (probably enlarging a portion of the screenie, too, to get rid of your character), copy/pasted the hand with sword, hitpoints bar from Combat Arms (If that logo thing is the hitpoints bar, which it looks very much like, why the heck is the original RuneScape hitpoints thing still there?), and minimap (which in no way matches up with the screenshot, sorry) into your screenshot.

Really, your fake would be shot down mainly because of simplicity--if you don't do much, you don't get high ratings, unless you made such a funny/interesting/etc. fake with simple tools and steps, which is kinda hard--so you should probably add stuff. Maybe, under "Options," fake a section making "first person mode" and "normal mode." Just an idea.
