I need a blue banner - SLIGHTLY under 850px wide, 100-200px high (or whatever you feel fits).

I would like it animated - "Everlasting Souls" appears in the middle first, "Never" in a corner, and then "Die" in the opposite one. The animation should be sharp, possibly accommodated with a flash. "Everlasting Souls" should be the more dominate of the animation with a larger text size etc.

For exact colors etc, this is the site it will be used on.
