Well here is what I started with, I forgot to add this to the main topic so I will do it.

really no affects added, they guy is very pixelly but i guesss you cant help that...

try look up some tutorials, like adding lighting and glowing lines, etc.

Well I used something called Photo Scape, it is a simple editing programme but I am getting Photoshop soon...




I was thinking of keeping it plain but I wanted to edit it to see how it looked, and was happy with the results.
