i was just wandering wheter people spit or swallow phlegm,
i tend to swallow it because most of the time i have nowhere to spit it.
so what do you do?

I am very dissapointed in the actual topic. I was hoping for something resembling Wild Things, Busty Cops 9 or even The Goonies.

i thought about that myself when i made the title
Swallow it. May seem disgusting, but spitting it on the sidewalk or field is even more disgusting.
Or maybe that's just for the guys at my school.
Edit: Just remembered, I spit all of the phlegm I get from coughing. Of course, that's only into the garbage can or toilet.
