2009 is slowly coming to a close. What is your opinion on the best update of the year, and why?
I only started back recently so I missed a lot of them, but While Guthix Sleeps was one of my favorite to do, even though I never kill the main reward.

Full screen standard detail is fun too.
Note that this topic is about your favorite, not necessarily the most important in general.

Dragon Pickaxe release, hands down.
As an avid Smither/Miner, this is by the far the best update I have ever witnessed thus far.

Really? I thought you would've hated that update.
I'm not really that fond of display names. The novelty's worn off by now.
HD was in 2008, so resting would be my favourite.

@ the first post WGS was a 2008 update if Sleepy's not mistaken.
Anyway, her favourite update would have to be deposit all and deposit all worn items, hands down. She has never used any feature *more*.

I can't agree that any of the updates in 2009 are "good". But the rest ability was the best.

The Construction update (Menageries) are useful just for saving like 5 bank spaces

But I don't know really, probably resting. They uberfied the run restore rate so I don't evne have to use that if I'm Rcing

No update actually sticks in my mind. The Bounty Hunter and statue rewards make more inflation, if I had to choose, I guess at the moment, maybe MMG coming, rest, full screen SD. Overall, this wasn't a really good year for me.

I agree, I loved it but I wished they would have done it before I raised my construction to 80. It's not as bad as 99, but it was still a little annoying.
