I, for one, choose the distinguished class and honor of Alexander Hamilton.

Jefferson, hands down.

I can't decide. Hamilton had superior opinions on government but Jefferson wrote the Declaration and bought the Louisiana Purchase.

Jefferson had no class. He spent his time kissing up to the commoners and making love to his slaves when all he really wanted to do was oppress them. VOTE HAMILTON@@@@@

Hamilton, because i know nothing about either of the 2 but i live close to a city called Hamilton so...

Hamilton can drive a F1, but undoubtedly he'd get utterly pwned by the Jefferson Airplane.

That's an unfair criteria for comparison. Sure, Jefferson Airplane was a brilliant band and Hamilton Subway was an absolute trainwreck, but that's an irrelevant 20th century connection.

If that isn't enough Hamilton died an idiot's death. He threw away his first shot without following proper procedure.

Plus I agree with Democratic-Republican views more then Federalist.

Hamilton couldn't have run for President anyways.He wasn't a natural born citizen.I'd say Hamilton as he did many things to help out the bank and also believed in government helping the common people.

Hamilton would have been a socialist if he was alive today, Jefferson was just a loose cannon!

I don't know much about either, but I looked down and saw a nickel. Plus he was a pimp, just look at that jacket-

Let me tell you something, if Jefferson was alive today he would have done had this war in Iraq and Afghanistanwon. He would have just gone in, carpet bombed everywhere he thought Bin-Laden might be at, moved in the troops to do a whole sweep of the country while still carpet bombing, if Bin-Laden had gone across the Border he would have followed until Bin-Ladin was dead, the middle East was little more then a pile of smoldering chaos, then he would have pulled out with a few high fives at victory. In Iraq he would still not have cared about Iraq's political stability and after doing the business there, he would have pulled out with a statement of victory.

And that is how you fight these wars by disregarding the effect entering, blowing shizzle up and then leaving has on the effect of the political climate of that country. If they erupt into a bloody civil war that takes the lives of millions, its not our problem.

And that my frwinds is why Jefferson is better.

Hamilton would have actually worried about political consequence.The wimp.

Jefferson had more charisma than Hamilton, at least in person. Also, Jefferson took the Constitution far more strictly than Hamilton; he almost had too much "respect" for it.

Hamilton was more practical, Jefferson was nicer. Jefferson's party won long-term, Hamilton's ideology won long-term. They break even for me.



Jefferson's on the nickel and the $2 bill. Hamilton is on the $10 bill. Also, Jefferson liked the French so that automatically makes him pretentious and unpopular!
