Ok first of all here are my stats

HP: 59
attk: 21 (did vampire slayer accidentally)
str: 1
def: 40
prayer: 44
ranged: 69
magic: 43
cb: 63
status: f2p

so basically I dominate the duel arena (where I spend a lot of my time) but when it comes to pvp worlds, I'm pretty bad. So considering my stats (which I quite like) what would be some strategies I could use to pk more efficiently, I'm not looking for future stats or improving my character just basically some tips and tricks maybe, I can hit 13s with ranged.

Well, at that level the prayer and def won't allow you to pk, Try getting 85 range 80 str 40 att and keep def there and be a ranged... tank..2hander..thing .

Duel Arena isn't and never should be considered the same as PVP worlds, so many mains own in duel arena but suck in pvp worlds, mainly because they are too poor to risk the stuff they wear in the duel arena.

I think it is under stressed how unlike pvp most minigames are purely because of this major difference.

At that combat level, your skills for a Ranged Tank aren't that great to be honest. It will be very difficult to get kills as you can not KO with a 2H, unless of course you call a deathmatch, of which my experience suggests not every Runescape player stays true to their word. In addition, my level 49 Ranged Tank has 40 Defence, so I would like to think a 63 should have higher Defence. If you really do wish to continue on this character, I'd highly recommend PKing with a clan as you simply won't get many kills with those stats. Sorry to say that.
