You may or may not know but Five is hosting the Gadget Show's gadget of the decade capaign, which is a nice idea when you think about it. This has been an amazing year for tech, arguably the best so far, and back in the millennium, when we were just breaking the 1GHz barrier and booting up ME for the first time we could never have imagined this... MP3 players with inferior sound quality, HD, how far gaming has come and thousands others besides. While there list isn't entirely fair (actually it's incredibly lacking) it's still a good idea:

What i voted for:

Wikipedia
Photoshop
Playstation 2
Spotify
Nokia 3310
Spotify

I would like to see an actually serious poll like this but this will have to do for now...

Cool, I voted last week. Would have liked to see a few more options but whatever tongue.gif

I swear the number of ads i get has increased... i haven't even created any playlists.

What i would have voted for:
Ubuntu - for bringing an already brilliant system to the masses and improving it further.
Good Digital Cameras - for bringing serious photography to your computer.
Hard to tell really... but without the PS1 i don't even know if we would have 3D gaming as we know it.
Probably still Spotify, glad to say i have never owned an iPod.
Since i don't really like advanced phone's i don't know, but Android comes to mind.

PS2
PS3
iPhone

That's all I got.

The PS2 really helped out the DVD market and the PS3 helped out the Blu-ray market.

I voted for:

Wikipedia (I read the Wiki article for almost everything I encounter anywhere I go - I take in about 5% of it)
N/A (dunno enough about cameras and Photoshop etc.)
PlayStation 2 (haven't moved on to the PS3 as of yet happy.gif)
Spotify (absolutely amazing - when I first heard of it, I couldn't believe it was legal ohmy.gif)
iPhone (sorry, but the Internet and touchscreen and stuff kicks everything else's arse)

Overall gadget of the decade:
Spotify (Except they still need Metallica. Then I'll be truly happy with it and upgrade to premium.)
Magical
I went for

USB
Flickr
Nintendo Wii
1st Gen iPod
iPhone

iPhone

They didn't have the best choices though I must say.
King Aragorn
Windows XP (Its greeeaaat)
Nikon D70 (Ooooh... SLR camera! biggrin.gif )
Nintendo Wii (I loooooove SSBB and LoZ: Twilight Princess...)
Creative Jukebox Zen (Only thing i would prefer..)
Nokia N95 (Gotta love this phone... it has everything you can dream about.) (The reason? I dont like the other types of OSs for phones because S60 is the most advanced one, thats how i like it.)
Nokia N95 (Its a powerful device, and still small, can do whatever the other things in this list does.)

Shame on those guys, they didnt put Nokia N900 there!
Its a Pocket PC, but still it has phone capabilities and counted as phone.
