Account Review Thread

Hi guys,

We are now opening a *brand new* account review thread!

This thread will work the same as before, however there are a few new rules to take into consideration before you post your account.

We are going to be checking the accounts posted, they will be reviewed and investigated thoroughly in order to find anything wrong with your offences you have been given.

Important note

We are not looking for any accounts that contain the following offences:

Macroing

Real World Trading

Hijacking

Bug Abuse

If you post an account with any of the above offences on it, this account will be ignored and removed from the thread.

Please make sure that you appeal any offences before using this thread. Be sure to check your account as some offences may have already disappeared.



Please be aware that you can still create a new account and enjoy the game on that, without the stigma of these offences on the account.

1. Please only post the name of your account. There's no need to explain the circumstances surrounding your account. We're going to review every account in as much detail as we humanly can.
2. Please don't post if your account is not permenantly banned/muted. I know it may be annoying to have accounts with a few black marks, but as long as you follow the rules, you can play these accounts without hindrance. Ideally only post on this thread if your account is permanently banned/muted.
3. Please feel free to post about other people's accounts if there's no alternative. It's great that you want to help out your friends, but it can get really confusing if we see the same name a lot of times. Encourage your friend to post here themselves and we'll do what we can. If your friend has no way of posting on this thread, then you may post their name. Please don't post a name that has already been posted by someone else, though. Rather than speeding things up for your friend, it actually slows us down a little bit.
4. Please be patient. It can take time to review these accounts, quite a lot of time actually, so please be patient for a response. We will get to everyone eventually.
5. Please only post a maximum of 5 names at a time. Sometimes we've had people post 100+ accounts, which means that we simply can't devote the time we need to review each one. We'll be able to review the 5 accounts much faster and you can repost the other accounts after the first 5 have been reviewed.
6. Make sure you've appealed your offences first.There's no need to use this thread until your normal appeals have run out. A direct appeal is likely to be looked at faster.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I get a message if my review has been denied?

Every single account that asks for a review and does not contain any of the above offences will be sent an inbox message. This message will contain our decision and this is final. Please do not re-post on the forums as this is unfair on players who have not yet been reviewed.

Where will I receive a response about my account?

We will send an inbox message to the reviewed account. We are unable to disclose any information about another account on this thread.

I've not heard a response yet, when will I?

We understand how difficult it can be waiting for a response. We have a select team of guys working hard on your accounts so this should not be too long. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but every account will be thoroughly investigated!



All reviewed accounts will have an inbox message. If you have no message then your account is being reviewed, please don't post it again.
