I made this account to originally be a main and I decided to make him into a Rune Pure, could you tell me if I should continue? Or make a new account thanks

And I've done Dragon Slayer and all the other f2p quest's.

You should carry on because you'll be back at the start again with another account
Still keep 40 def though

that's not a failed account, but u should get all your goals including a very high str lvl 90+

why 70 att?

Fail unless its f2p for life.

This is most likely true, but I don't think you should get 70 attack for F2P as it's useless and gives you alot of combat levels.
