Well I could only find the hp for cookable items, but here they are:
The top hp healed seems to be 22, this appears in lots of items. The manta ray fish is caught during the Fishing Trawler minigame, and costs about 3k street price (I think the Grand Ex price is roughly the same). Tuna potato costs roughly 1.5k street price, or requires level 68 cooking to make. Pineapple pizza requires 68 cooking to make, or cost around 500gp each from other players. Shark only heals 20hp but is very popular.
I think that's all, feel free to add if I've missed any.

Before I figured out that using full grammar was great. This is actually not my first post, just the first one on these forums. Still, it's almost 4 years now just on the new ones.

This isn't my first post, my first post was in the runescape suggestions forum about making levels go to 100. I was I think...11? or 10 or so, don't remember.
I do remember though that for farming, I put you should be able to plant dragon weapons lol.

Although, I have something funny to say, even though it's not a post. The stupidest thing I ever did on Sal's Realm was not reading the rules. I went to the Scape Lounge and posted and noticed that my Post Count wasn't going up. I decided to go to another random forum to see if it was my account. I went to the Poll's And Survey's.
I PMed Sal saying that my post count wouldn't go up He never messaged me back
