Cooking. Honestly, cooking is much more useful then fletching IMO.
I would suggest trout as a cheap but long way to 99, or lobsters as a fast but expensive way there. Also, there are lots of guides online detailing on better methods.

Go from lobsters to monk fish and then sharks at the right level.
