2. Desired section: (Is it OK if I want to be in more than one?) Entertainment and Stories/Poems.
3. My experience: I write a whole lot, and just recently I started a Sals Blog. I put a lot of time and thought into it and strive to be grammatically correct. I don't have a whole lot of experience with poetry, but I have one poem I think would be acceptable. I have it written down somewhere, but it's not on the computer (yet).

Like most people, I like music. I really like music. It can calm me down, energize me, or just plain make me feel good.
But my taste in music varies, from classical to hip-hop, from classic rock to techno, from jazz to country (but only a little bit of country). My Juke™ has 100 songs on it, but that's just from the CDs I have. I have the Age of Empires soundtrack, two Jack Johnson albums (In Between Dreams and Sleep Through the Static), The Dave Brubeck Quartet (Take Five), and Crosby Loggins (Time To Move). I also got 5 songs from FunOrb- the Pool and Bric-a-Brac tracks.
The first time I heard Jack Johnson, I was listening to the radio when "Good People" came on. Eventually I bought my first CD off E-Bay: In Between Dreams. He was the first artist whose work I really enjoyed and whose name I remembered. That was a really long time ago, or at least it seems like it was. Since then, I've virtually collected a cornucopia of music by adding the tracks I like to my YouTube playlist. (So far, I have 34. It's low because the censored.gifs at YouTube have become the virtual censored.gifs of the music industry.) I bought Sleep Through the Static about a year ago, I think.
I also like a few My Chemical Romance and Green Day songs, but I only like those because they inspire emotion. They may not be the most *wholesome* emotions, but it's a guilty pleasure. The MCR songs I have on my playlist are "Helena" and "Welcome to the Black Parade", in case you're interested. There are also some singles that I'm fond of, such as Flobots' "Handlebars", "Nine in the Afternoon " by Panic at the Disco, and "Float On" by Modest Mouse. Every once in a while, I'll hear a new song on the radio and add it to the playlist. For example, today I added "Fireflies" (Owl City) and "Haven't Met You Yet" (Michael Buble).
My most recent find was Crosby Loggins. Like Jack Johnson, the first I heard of him was on the radio. They played "Seriously", and I was interested. I Googled the lyrics and the rest is history. The song is on my playlist, I can play the opening chords, and just a few months ago I bought his latest (second) album, Time To Move. I love all of the songs on that album. I hope that if there are any artists/songs mentioned here that you don't know, you'll look them up and, hopefully, enjoy them as much as I have.

It may be short and contain more opinions that straight facts, but I feel it's a fair example of my work.
