It's here, PSPGo; in the article it will be simply called "the Go".

My thoughts:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

As a mod once said to me: "no, no, no." This could be for the console. I'm ripped apart, I'm a "poor" person. I have every system but XBox, I did not get upgrades to systems. But once taking a look at my house, I live with 4 people in a one story house with not so much room. It's crap here. But as I just said I have 2 computers, Wii, and all PS systems alone with a lot more that I won't include. You get where I'm going here, I don't NEED a upgrade to something I have (PSP 2000) and http://www.pspworld.com/sony-psp/accessori...less-010468.php doesn't help my chose.

It's a download ONLY system! and I have yet to learn if you can even put music on it! I live for my music, and I need it everywhere I go! I need to hold this http://www.playlist.com/playlist/14912481547/standalone plus some on it! You can buy more memory but the last thing I need is

QUOTE (1up.com)
The PSP Go memory will be able to hold 17-18 games without any additional memory sticks required, according to a report from Joystiq. SCEA representative Al de Leon said at a recent event that the downloadable games will average at 600-800MB, which puts the 16GB memory stick capable of holding about 17-18 games. With the ability to add extra memory using a stick, your PSP Go could hold a pretty massive library. Of course, this is a rough average, so Joystiq notes that some games will be larger or smaller - like the recently released and wildly popular port of Final Fantasy VII , which takes up a whopping 1.3GB of space. If you use your PSP as a music or video device, your space will vary. Plus it will be affected by whether you download any non-gaming applications . Still, it's hard to see why you'd need more than 18 games at your fingertips at any given moment.

But... on the other hand, I can buy videos, movies, etc... and store the other stuff on my computer. Also I'd like to know if anyone knows of hombrewing it? If not, then I'm probably keeping my 2000.

So Sal's Realm tech guys!!? What do you think happy.gif ?

Keep your 2000, unless you just want a gaming device only. For me, this would be perfect, as I keep music on iPod and games on computer/DS; you seem to keep everything on your PSP. If that's the case, then don't waste the money - save it for something truly worthwhile (or at least until the price goes down wink.gif ).

No, the PS3 is $299.

Rhetoric fail.

Handheld consoles are for budget gamers really... i fail to see how a £30 difference is enough.

Yup, the price is a big topic for a lot of people. Sony is really selling it as a premium item, with a premium price. The budget 3000 is still there, and a lot of people are expecting a drop ($200 probably) next year.

Don't buy one! Wase of money. Unless you have a credit card and like the best internet ever it would just suck.

Mac and Sony should really make a console together... I bet they could get it up to $1k!
Really though, I'm NOT paying for that.

I was considering getting one, but I decide to wait for the PSP2. One o the main reasons was that it still only supports wireless b (Although you can download it on a pc an transfer).

Has anyone told you that price isn't everything?

If people can afford to spend money, why shouldn't they?

If you made millions of dollars, would you still buy it?

Whaaat?
No physical discs or cartridges? ohmy.gif
Thats bad.. that like a console down in Brazil i heard of, where the games cannot be held physically at all, but the games go through air, and no storing, only game save data.
I dont like that kind of consoles...
I would rather have a brick in my pocket.. (Which can be synonym of N900... tongue.gif )

Apple+Sony?
They are very similar companies, actually.
I bet they would make a similar system for games as this PSP Go in it..

That sounds weird if you dont talk about this theme...

If i was going to buy a game console, i would want the most powerful one.
Which in this case, PSP Go has worse hardware then N95.
But the more powerful "consoles" would be iphone or N900. (Both witch are turning into a kind of game consoles..)
They have been talking about iphone as console too..
And some say it beats Wii, but that would be like believing in santa comng to give you presents personally.
