I think that is looks pretty good, but the Pokeball should be a bit more round, and the Pokedex doesn't really look like a Pokedex.

That's the Hoenn Pokedex. I used a mix between the Sinnoh/Kanto Pokedexes.

-.5 The pikachu looks a little small compared to the size of the character, either that or its just me O.o
-0 The pokeball is a little high on the hand, but its not that major of a mistake
-1 the pants are pretty obviously rune platelegs, but you just drew in the shirt. I can understand drawing in the hat because there is nothing like ash's hat in game, but you could have tried to get a blue shirt ingame instead of drawing it on.
-.5 The pokemon usually dont have a choice on wether to go into the pokeball or not, it just kinda sucks them in, so asking pikachu to get in voulentarily is kinda odd, even though ppikachu never actually goes into it during the show.
+1 First HD pic, pretty decent, only a few mishapps.

Final rating (starting from 7.5 cause i'm like that) 6.5/10

-1 A good attempt, but the results not all that impressive, speaking in terms of the vest and hat. Not colors you'd ever see in RuneScape, bright red and blue.
-1.5 Not a very good job on making the Pokeball and Dex
-0.5 I don't know what's up with his left arm... it looks lower than the right. Scoliosis?

No- in the beggining of Pokemon Pikachu will not get in the Pokeball.

Some pokemon are like that.

If you zoom in on the pokeball, you can see that it's in front of his knuckles, not actually on or in his hand. Not that major of a mistake, but along with everything else, I'm gonna have to say 8 or 9/10

It's a good idea for a fake, and you did really good on it. The pikachu fits in really well. 8/10
