I believe you're talking about "pips"?

If you want a pip you probably would be better off requestion one in the digital graphics forum not the pixel forum.

Wherever you decide to post you still need to give basic information on what you need. People need to know the dimensions, colours and design of your icon as well as anything else such as stock images or border styles.
