I didn't find any of them funny, because even the ones that have imagination in them rely on dead stereotypes. And if the "atheist" one was supposed to be the punchline, I didn't get it.

It doesn't fit with how the phrase is always used. A joke has to make sense on more than one level to be a punchline.

There was one my brother showed me a long time ago ending somewhere along the lines of "Jehova's Witness: Knock knock, shizzle happens." which is a much better punch line to be honest.

Doesn't "no s***" pretty much always imply that somebody just said something obvious? If this was trying to make a philosophical statement, it would be a punchline. But I'm pretty sure it isn't.

Yes, but the obvious statement is the statement itself. If the joke was "S*** happens. No s***!" then that would be a reasonable usage... but this didn't say it was obvious. It just used an expression saying that stuff was obvious, two words and nothing else.

I think this is all just semantics, though.
