Is that an untrimmed hitpoints cape when he has other 99s?

The rumour about this is true then, apparently, if you have an untrimmed cape you can drop it before getting another cape. Then when you pick up your original cape it stays untrimmed.
I didn't believe this untill now.

If you have your first cape in inventory or are wearing it when you get the second 99 it trims itself as soon as you level the skill, not when you buy another cape.

How could you get banned for exploiting such a minor glitch? "Omg, i haz untrimed hp caep--""BAN!!" Perhaps you could get warned, although I'd appeal it.

Seeing how it is a graphic glitch, and that it doesn't actually get ahead in the game, no, you can not be banned for it, and you probably won't get a warning either. However, when jagex finds out like they did last time, they will fix it, and all capes gained like this, will be trimmed.

Yea, if anything it actually sets you at a bit of a disadvantage since you won't have the +4 prayer bonus of a trimmed cape. Very cool graphic glitch though, but makes me wonder if the untrimmed hp capes i've seen used a glitch also.

You shouldn't get banned for that. Graphic glitches have no harm on the gameplay usually. Theboxnoob found many graphic glitches, and didn't get banned.

There used to be a glitch where you could drop your untrimmed cape, get another 99, and telegrab the other cape, and it would remain untrimmed. They fixed it about a month ago though.

I had an untrimmed Magic cape until my 4th 99.
