We are currently shifting what registrars players are relegated to. This change should push some of the lower levels out of registrar 5 into registrar 4, and similarly for registrar 4 to 3.

We also realise that for many of you the update has not gone far enough and you expected further changes. We welcome constructive suggestions and feedback. We'll be monitoring this thread and the official update thread for your thoughts.
