Can I d claw rush right now?

I was planning to d claw rush at 90 str but I checked an my max will only be one more. And kinda off-topic but is now a good time to buy d claws?

I suppose you could, that 1 extra max hit can and will count sometime, Try in void, ive been killed by claws more times by voiders then anyone in bandos.

We're now the same combat level if you have 60 prayer, and to be honest most clawers my level fail pretty badly 9although maybe i'm just lucky) I'd get 90 strength and attack as the accuracy is what makes claws so good.
