Ok so recently I've been pking a bit, had some great pks (well 4, but all 300k+ plus loot) 0 deaths
But yesterday I foguht a maxed range tank in a bh normal world

Now my stats are
85 Str
78 Sttack
72 Defence
60 prayer
81 hits

He was venging, range cape and I assume 99 defence.

Now I normally have no problem with tanks, anti fire pot and hit them knowing that they usually have no proper way of koing me now I have anti fire. Rarely they bring morrigans but I've had that once.

However this guy had torags, neiznot, dfs, d boots, skill cape in a normal bh world.
How am i supposed to beat that with full rune and a d scim? I need some advice generally agaisnt range tanks, should i try pulling anceints out? Or maybe lowering there defence somehow?

Unless you have fairly decent stats yourself I find tanks usually not worth fighting. They are hard to beat and I usually dont get great loot from them.

I only fight tanks when they don't have super def bonus gear like that dude you fought, torags + dfs, unless you have really high str+attack it will be hard to kill him.
Maybe try and convince him to get dragon hide, or no venge, although I think asking for no venge is kind of mean since he spent so much money on that.
