I was trying to update my avatar today from the one I have had for quite awhile now to one directly below. As I was doing this however I ran into a problem as my image wouldn't upload saying it was too big. At first I was like alright, I just have the quality too high and I started dropping the quality bit by bit. When I got down to 0 quality and had it cropped to exactly the same size as the avatar here I found that it still was 5 or 6 kb over the 25kb limit. My problem especially now is that my old avatar is also gone and that means the avatar I basically use to represent myself across the whole internet is not working in one of the places I visit the most.

So basically is there any way to reduce my PNG one by 2kb without further cropping and without really reducing image quality or can I at least get my old one back so I can still have this avatar? Or by any chance would it be possible for the avatar limit to be increased a bit (5kb or so) so it's not so small and constricting as it is now?

The below images are the different avatars, the first two are the ones I tried to upload and the last one is the one I had uploaded and had been using as my avatar.

The old one (Before it was cropped by the site. It looked like the PNg one above on sals minus the silver crown. I had been using this one for at least a year, probably two so far.)
