I'm thinking about getting 50+ stats, and getting a 99. If I did get a 99, I'd be a combat skill and be trained with slayer.

58m is great for a level 100, but 121 quest points and 1416 total are iffy. Start by getting all stats 50, like you said, then 60. Then do some quests.

Your right with the "need a 99"

Your bank is pretty good, over 60m value there if you count void as a few mill.
Quests....ach, sorry but that's horrible.
Skills...your melee skills, and combat level are respectable but is that a 1 summoning I spy?

Solid melee stats, bad skiller stats, 70 rc = 7/10
Very good bank = 9/10
Quest Pts are low for your level = 6/10
