Tbh, the part with the tooth made me feel more sick than the one with the circular saw.

Even though as absurd and ridiculous as it is, I think the underlying sentiment is that violence is becoming more and more normal and even a laughing matter. I see people laugh over actual cruelty without thinking about it, simply because it's too remote for them to consider it something that could happen to themselves as well, without even thinking how others feel, because they're too self-centered anyways.
I could rant for hours about this but this isn't really the place.
TLDR; I don't consider violence to be funny, not even in an absurd way.

I cried for the guy when the killer revealed he had a few dozen more spoons.
Awesome movie, I can't believe the cops hung upon him, and if he always stayed with someone else the killer could not attack.
