Full Version: Gmaul Rushing Or Dds Rushing?
Title, which is better.
Against pures = gmaul
Against defence = dds
OVERALL, dds=more reliable but easier to survive against, Gmaul=unreliable but if it hits well you got a kill.

I've watched pures get rushed both ways in a pvp world, seems that the gmaulers that use ice magic then Maul usually win. As its nearly 4 instantaneous hits.
If I were you I would get blitz/g maul and try it out a bit. If it works, then keep doing it. If it fails then just move on and get 60 att.
So what do you plan on doing if your hits fail?

Kudos, alot of pkers these days never pked in the old wilderness and dont realise that its just pixels and that rushing for other peoples then being a twat when someone trys to take yours so you run and cry is obviously much better than having fun and actually pking properly.

Concurred, rushers are sad. If you're gonna rush people for pixels but cry about losing yours (if you're rushing don't deny the fact that you're afraid to lose your welfare gear), it's pretty bad.
Especially when you don't even have dclaws. With DDS/Gmauls I guarantee you that you will get exactly 0 kills, I've NEVER seen somebody who 1 items with a DDS get kills rushing, not even somebody in full void with a dds.

I thought the pk was pretty good after it was my second fight (first guy ran, I didn't chase). I did only pk for 20 minutes due to having to leave for school.
Once I higher my strength more ill post a few pictures.
In my opinion, rushing is fun.

When you say that it makes me doubt you've even been to a pvp world, when pures rush with a maul they get loads of kills, specially if it's blitz/maul..Or a lucky dds spec.

Thanks for clarifying it with him lol.
I can see how maybe hybrids or something would maybe fail at rushing but pures don't.
